Welcome to emergency mode… CentOS7

On a PC that is dual boot CentOS 7/Windows 10, to be able to mount a NTFS partition on linux, I must turn off Fast boot in Windows.
After Windows upgrading, when start linux, I meet
“Welcome to emergency mode…” message, and cannot boot into Linux.

It is because Windows upgrading, the Fast boot mode is turned on again. I must turn off it again to boot Cent OS.
